„Das Geheimnis, wie Sie zum Erfolg kommen“die Backlinks der Konkurrenz ausspionieren

Hi Matt, does the big G have a version of the search engine that totally excludes any backlink relevance? I'm wondering what search would look like and am curious to try it out.

Eats, shoots & leaves! Great shirt Matt. Is it because of the joke or Lynne Truss’ amazing book?

I know a company who bought a .gob.pe domain and it is redirecting it to a commercial site in Mexico. He bought links in BBC and he is in 1st place in LOTS of keywords using this dirty technique. Google do not take actions against this kind of sites, google only wants your money in adwords 🙁

Non me la immagino una #Googlserp  calcolata senza il valore della backlink.. ma Matt osserva che al momento porterebbe a risultati peggiori..

    2. „At least for now, backlinks revelance still really helps in terms of making sure that we return the best most relevant, most topical setup search results“

Good to know but it’s going to be interesting the day Google figures out how to generate good search results without backlinks… that assumes that one day they will figure it out.

*Backlinks still form a significant part of the algorithm*

That isn’t to say that you should go build a truckload of spammy, irrelevant links. Link relevance is still an important factor.

I get the impression form this that backlinks may begin to carry less weight as time goes by, but for now, they’re here to stay.
